Active referrals VS. One time referrals

The common mistake one does when earning money online is not paying enough attention to his referrals. You might think that all you need to do is just throw your referral link around the internet but thats not all. You might get them to join that way  but you want them to be active aswell, thats why you need to give your referrals some hints and tips on how to do this and how to do that. If someone clicks on your ref links and gets redirected to some other website he wont have any idea what to do. So first of all if you are trying to get some referrals to join under your name let them know that you will help them in any way they need. Help them complete offers, give them tips on how to get more referrals themselves etc. So what you want to do is if you are putting your ref link somewhere leave some of your contacts aswell, lets say e-mail, msn, skype. Even your blog will do. Ok, heres an example- as im working with R1 at the moment im gonna use this one for it.

"Hey i found a site that gives out free xboxes!!! Its called Rewards1 and its awesome!"

Thats what most people do, they just stick something like that everywhere they can and that belive it or not wont get you active referrals. If you want people to join under your ref link and want them to stay active give them all the info they need to really start earning and so they would like it. When i post my ref link somewhere i always tell people how to complete offers and which web browser to use, also that they will probably need alternate e-mail account for spam mail that survey sites will send you. Also its important to tell about cookies and CCleaner that is really good and easy freeware for deleting cookies. Another good way of informing your referrals on how to do everything right is to make a video about the site and upload it to youtube or any other video streaming site.

Heres an example of the video of how to complete an offer on R1
